This agreement serves as a master agreement alongside any specific agreements made for individual purchases of goods and/or services. Transactions are completed when the Company delivers the agreed goods/services and the User makes the specified payment, as documented in an invoice or payment receipt.

II. Overview of Terms

Upon acceptance of this agreement, both parties acknowledge that Salt Lake Ad Services will sell physical and digital products and/or provide services selected by the User from our available offerings. Users are responsible for making the designated payment for each product or service purchased.

Users may purchase products at regular retail prices or join our VIP membership program to receive a 50% discount on all products and access to exclusive members-only items.

We reserve the right to modify our product offerings, inventory levels, and availability at our discretion.

Different pricing structures apply for VIP members and non-members, considering market conditions and supplier relationships.

III. Digital Products/Services

Our digital products are available for immediate download upon successful purchase completion.

License keys and digital products are limited to one purchase per user account unless otherwise specified.

Activation instructions for digital products will be sent to the email address associated with your account immediately after purchase. If you don’t receive these instructions, please contact our customer support at contact@easypetsonline.com.

Digital products are activated instantly upon download or license key use, making them non-refundable and non-returnable.

If you experience issues receiving digital products due to email provider restrictions, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

We reserve the right to cancel digital product orders if we detect any fraudulent, abusive, or terms-violating activities.

Our VIP membership program includes:

• 50% discount on all available products

Membership terms:

• Automatic billing every 14 days at $39.99

• Membership can be canceled with 14 days notice

Members can upgrade or downgrade their membership through their account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Failure to complete membership payments will result in immediate loss of VIP benefits. We reserve the right to modify membership fees with advance notice to members.

Digital Products:

• Immediate availability upon purchase
• Instant download access
• Delivery via email or download link
• No physical shipping required

We may engage third-party suppliers for product distribution and shipping services. Users must promptly notify us if delivery exceeds the stated timeframe.

Risk of loss transfers to the User upon delivery. Product ownership transfers upon full payment receipt, including shipping costs.

VII. Return Policy and Withdrawal Right
