RETURN ELIGIBILITY
1.1 Physical Products:
- Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Items that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
1.2 Digital Products:
- Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, they are non-refundable once downloaded

- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Any relevant photos or documentation
- Wait for return authorization

3.1 Physical Products:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Items must be received in their original condition to qualify for a refund
3.2 Membership Credits:
- If products were purchased using membership credits, refunds will be issued as credits to your account
- Credits have a validity of 90 days from the date of issuance
- DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Document the damage with photos
- Do not accept packages showing signs of tampering
- Report issues to the carrier at the time of delivery
- Contact our customer service team immediately
- Include photos and detailed description of the issue
EXCEPTIONS
We cannot accept returns for:
- Unsealed products (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Digital products after download
- Items marked as final sale
PROCESSING TIME
- Return authorization: 1-2 business days
- Refund processing: 14 business days after receiving the return
- Shipping time: 7 business days for physical products
- Digital products: Immediate delivery upon purchase
