RETURN ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Physical Products:

• Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Items that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

1.2 Digital Products:

• Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, they are non-refundable once downloaded

To initiate a return:

2. Include the following information:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Any relevant photos or documentation

1. Wait for return authorization

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1 Physical Products:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Items must be received in their original condition to qualify for a refund

3.2 Membership Credits:

• If products were purchased using membership credits, refunds will be issued as credits to your account
• Credits have a validity of 90 days from the date of issuance

1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

• Document the damage with photos
• Do not accept packages showing signs of tampering
• Report issues to the carrier at the time of delivery
• Contact our customer service team immediately
• Include photos and detailed description of the issue

EXCEPTIONS

We cannot accept returns for:

• Unsealed products (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Digital products after download
• Items marked as final sale

PROCESSING TIME

• Return authorization: 1-2 business days
• Refund processing: 14 business days after receiving the return
• Shipping time: 7 business days for physical products
• Digital products: Immediate delivery upon purchase
